Grounded in Universal Design principles and social work ethics, this seminar highlights practical strategies to enhance care and workplace equity for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals.

What is Wired for Change?

Wired for Change explores how clinical social workers and organizational leaders can create neurodiversity-affirming, accessible, and inclusive environments that promote belonging.

This seminar invites practitioners to rethink how we understand and support neurodivergent people in clinical and organizational practice contexts.
